• Authenticate users and prevent fraud.
• Send security alerts or legally required notices.

3. Data Sharing

We never sell your personal data. We share it only:

• With service providers under confidentiality agreements (e.g., hosting, analytics).
• When required by law or to protect our rights and users’ safety.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• Account data is kept until you delete your account.
• Logs are auto-purged after 30 days.
• You may export or delete your data at any time via Settings → Account.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3, AES-256) and store passwords with salted hashing (bcrypt). While no system is 100 % secure, we follow best-practice guidelines.

6. Children’s Privacy

oniqAps does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly.

We will post any material changes here and, if significant, send an email or in-app notice.
